6. Why might my price change after an in-person estimate?
We provide binding estimates based on the volume and services you request. If your move requires additional services or you add items after the quote, we’ll adjust the price accordingly.
7. Do I have to be present if you deliver to a storage unit?
Yes. Either you or someone you authorize must be present for the delivery. Make sure you confirm the storage facility’s hours.
8. Do I have to pay for tolls?

9. Will stairs inside my house cost extra?
We don’t charge for stairs inside the home. The only additional fee might come if there’s an external staircase leading up to your front door.
10. Why are weekends cheaper?
Weekends are not necessarily cheaper. But one factor that could make your weekend move cheaper is that many Manhattan buildings have less restrictions on elevators over the weekend due to the lack of commercial activities.
