"I came across Shleppers and your role as owner through a CBS listserv exchange that I flagged as I knew I would be moving a few months later. I brought out Shleppers and Flatrate for consultations in my apartment and the Shleppers experience won on every level -- from sales service (Felicia) to relo consultant (Derek) to price. Flatrate wanted an extra day and an extra $1000; it was a no-brainer for me to choose Shleppers, esp knowing that a CBS alum was behind the organization. Moving day itself was a near disaster -- 100 degree heat, broken freight elevator, but the Shleppers team hit its mark on all levels. The team hit its multiple pickup points in a timely fashion, and was extremely patient and understanding as I dealt with my building super and its broken elevator. The next day's unloading went smoothly and all pieces arrived in the same condition. While moving will always be stressful, a competent and friendly moving team gave me one less thing to worry about. We'll likely need to have another truck in a month or so for new furniture pieces, and I would happily use Shleppers again and refer my friends to your company.
